The ELITE Graduate Program, The Office of Research, Commercialization, and Outreach, The College of Graduate Studies, and The Center for Academic Student Achievement invites all Texas A&M-Corpus Christi Graduate students, faculty and staff to the 7th Annual Graduate Student Scholarly Works Symposium.
As part of our mission to provide more academic and professional development activities to the graduate students of A&M-CC, we will continue a successful tradition at our university that provides students an opportunity to enhance their graduate career.
Registration for the symposium is FREE!
All presentations will be scored by faculty judges. Top scoring presenters will be awarded prizes and official certificates honoring their excellence. *

Presentation Categories will include:
Top presenters will receive the following prizes:*
- Overall 1st Prize Winner = $250
- Poster Presentation: 2nd Prize = $100
- Poster Presentation: 3rd Prize = $25
- Oral Presentation: 2nd Prize = $100
- Oral Presentation: 3rd Prize = $25
This event is open to the public, so invite your family and friends to watch you showcase your research and possibly win an award.

Poster Presentation Guidelines:
- Maximum Poster size = 4 x 4 feet
- Bring your poster and we will help you set it up.
Oral Presentation Guidelines:
- Time allocated: No more than 15 minutes.
- Bring your Presentation on a USB Flash Drive. (no floppies or CDs please) We will help you load it in advance in the room you will be presenting.
INSTRUCTIONS FOR ALL STUDENTS: Show up promptly at least 30 minutes before your presentation to do the following:
- POSTERS: Pick up your presenter name tag and program/agenda, then we will help you setup your poster.
- ORALS: Bring your PowerPoint (No floppy disks or CDs please. Bring only USB Flash Drives) and let us load it in advance in the room you will be in.
